Delete your account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open the game and sign in.
2. Tap your picture in the top corner to open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can’t open the game, email support@riddler-games.com from the address you signed in with, and say which game you played. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: profile, coins, power-ups, progress, stars, collected cards, daily puzzle history, statistics and feedback you sent. Nothing is kept.

Purchase receipts are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel anything bought through the stores.
