Privacy policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
This policy covers all Riddler games and this website. Riddler is run by Matan Amos (“we”). It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details from the sign-in provider you choose (such as Google or Apple): your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to identify your account and show your name in the game.
- Game data, so your progress is saved across devices. For each game:
- Word Search: Your coins, power-ups, journey stars, collected cards, daily puzzle results and game statistics. Feedback you send from the app.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or other files.
Advertising
Free versions of our games show ads through Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads. AdMob may still use device information, such as your advertising identifier and IP address, to deliver ads, limit how often you see them and prevent fraud. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Where your data is stored
Account and game data are stored with our backend provider, Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Ireland). Data travels over encrypted connections, and each account can only read its own game data.
How we use it
- To run the games and save your progress.
- To answer your messages and fix problems.
- To show ads in free versions.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers named above, who process it for us.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account in any of our games from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all game data linked to it. You can also ask us to delete it.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to how it is used. Email support@riddler-games.com and we will reply within 30 days.
This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics, and has no sign-in.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the games.
