By downloading or playing a Riddler game you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the games.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time, as described in our privacy policy.
Coins, power-ups and other items
Coins, power-ups, stars and cards are virtual items for use inside the games. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. We may change how they are earned or what they cost to keep the games fair and fun.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the store where you bought the item.
Fair play
Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the games or other players. We may reset progress or close accounts that do.
The games
We work hard to keep the games running, but they are provided “as is” and we can’t promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or retire games and features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the games.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the games.
